Before booking please be sure to read all policies, and guidelines. Thank you, and we look forward to meeting you!


**NEW CLIENTS** We do NOT fill in over other technician's work. This is for quality assurance, so that I am able to guarantee the health of your nails prior to your service.

Please come indicate that you have nails on from another salon in the inquiry form when scheduling or schedule a soak off.

  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2hrs FOR SERVICE SO THAT THE NAIL ARTIST DON’T l FEEL RUSHED.

  • ALL appointments must be cancelled 24 hrs hours in ADVANCE via the website ONLY.

  • Repeated NO SHOWS appointment may result in denial of service.

  • Her Addiction does not guarantee that your manicure will not chip, because we have no way of verifying how each client used/taken care of their manicure or pedicure: however, we will gladly fix your chips within 1-3 business days of your service.

  • Her Addiction allow a 5 minute grace period, anytime beyond that, up until 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled.

  • No extra guest are allowed unless being serviced. Please contact your nail artist if you have any concerns about guest.

  • We understand that broken nails can occur, nail breakage (Nail tech discretion) within 1-3 days of your appointment will be free of charge for nail repair, anytime beyond that will be a $5 an up fee/per nail.

  • Please be sure to schedule for all services required, we may not be able to allow extra time for services not included in the initial booking.

    DON’T FORGET YOUR ADD ON SERVICES.

  • Do not bring outside food or drinks into the salon.

    In order to create a relaxing and peaceful environment, we ask that your cell phones are placed in the silent position. As a courtesy, if you need to hold a phone conversation, please step outside of the salon to do so.

    Her Addiction welcomes all clients! Our goal will always be to provide every guest with an incredible manicure; however, should you find your service did not meet your expectations, we need you to handle communicating your issues calmly and kindly. Quality control is the MOST important thing to us! If you were displeased with any part of your service, we absolutely want to hear about it!

    Her Addiction cancellation policy is the cancellation policy. Period. When you make an appointment with us, you are actively acknowledging that policy. Please do not put us in the position of feeling guilty about charging you for missed appointments by asking if we can waive the fee.

    Rudeness or attitude towards nail artists will not be tolerated and will be banned from getting service.

FYI: Please do not go to other suites asking about HER ADDICTION NAILS as they will not have any information for you, HER ADDICTION NAILS contact info is posted on the door. Thank you
